No Return Policy

All products purchased from JKT Textiles are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Damaged Product Return

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged product.
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Photos of the damaged product

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • The damaged product may be requested to be returned.
  • After verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects.
